Every call, answered in two seconds.
Most small businesses miss 30 to 50 percent of their incoming calls during peak hours. The AI Receptionist answers every one, books appointments, takes orders, and transfers what matters to your cell.

The recovery
47 calls × 40% missed = 19 missed calls/week
19 missed × $80 ticket = $1,520/week walking out
Receptionist needs to capture one of those per week to clear its cost.
Break-even: 1 captured order per week.
Every captured call after that is profit. Most owners close 4 to 8 of those 19 in the first month.

Common questions
Before you ask.
Will my callers know they are talking to AI?
Most do not unless you tell them. Modern voice models sound natural, pause naturally, and handle interruptions. We do recommend disclosing it for trust reasons, and the agent will say it works for your business if asked.
What does the agent actually do during a call?
Whatever you would do. Answer hours and location questions. Take orders. Book reservations. Quote pricing. Capture name, number, and reason for follow-up. Transfer to your cell if the caller asks for the owner or if the script flags an urgent issue.
How is this different from a voicemail tree?
Trees push the work onto the caller (press 1 for hours, press 2 for...). The agent handles a normal conversation. Callers get answers in 10 to 20 seconds instead of waiting for a callback.
What if the agent gets something wrong?
Every call gets transcribed and reviewed in your monthly report. If a script gap shows up (a question the agent fumbled), we update the script and it is fixed for everyone next time. The agent gets sharper every month.
